Baked Cheese with Hot Honey

Combine the Turkey and Gravy in a medium saucepan over Medium heat.  Cook, stirring occasionally until the Gravy is hot and bubbling… 3 to 5 minutes.  Turn off the heat, set aside.
Put a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the broiler.
Split the attached dinner rolls in half, horizontally, keeping them attached.  Put the top and bottom halves cut-side up on separate baking sheets w/ sides (pyrex will work better for bottom rolls w/ stuffing)  Cover the bottom half of dinner rolls with Stuffing.  Broil both top and bottom (w/ stuffing) rolls until toasted — 1 to 3 minutes.   Remove from oven and turn off the Broiler but Preheat the over to 400 degrees F.

Lehr’s Prime Pork Tenderloin with Savory Mushroom Sauce

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Prepare Grill w/ Coals on One Side to allow for Direct & Indirect Grilling
Remove Plastic Wrap (Leave CCB in Small Oval Tin)
Place in Preheated Oven Or Over Indirect Heat on the Grill
Close Grill Lid
Chicken Cordon Bleu (CCB) should stay in it’s Oval container AND be placed directly on a cooking Sheet w/ Sides (Oven) on Tinfoil Tray w/ Sides (Grill)
Cook until Thermometer Probe placed in the center of the CCB reads 165 De-grees, approximately 30 minutes
BUT… 165  Degree  Temperature is the most important measure.
Timing will vary depending upon size of CCB AND natural oven/grill variances
Rest for 5 Minutes uncovered before serving or cutting.
